The entire pan, from base to rim, is clad with five layers of metal: 18/10 stainless steel on the outside, two supportive layers of heat-responsive aluminium, and a core of copper making it induction-compatible. A vented, stay-cool handle ensures a comfortable grip and a curved rim allows easy pouring. A thin band of exposed copper is visible from the outside, an accent that gives this range its singular look.
