ATS2 Trolley System The ATS2 trolley system is an airline breathing apparatus cylinder trolley with integrated control panel, designed for supporting 2 users in a hazardous environment. The trolley will hold two 50 litre J type cylinders, with ability to use cylinders one at a time and rotate them as they become depleted, allowing for uninterrupted continuous use. High pressure air is fed to a regulator which reduces the pressure to under 10 bar, where it is fed to 2 hose reels which will each hold 50 metres of hose for each user. The user’s breathing apparatus is connected to the end of the airline. The control panel can be supplied optionally with a whistle for audible warning of depleted cylinders, which will activate at 35 bar. The robust, no compromise construction from a combination of stainless and mild steel will ensure long lasting use in rigorous industrial environments and the caster leg allows for the cylinders to be easily moved manually. The trolley features a lifting eye and can be supplied optionally with fork lifting pockets. Tested and certified to EN14593-1:2005, provided it is used with compatible breathing apparatus.
